Sales Sup & Adm Prof Experienced

 

Introduction

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented, and highly motivated Market Intelligence Professional to support our sales force in IN/WA/AF region on a full-time basis.

About the job

As a Market Intelligence Professional, you will act as a Business Partner for the Sales Management Team, Quotation & Market Intelligence Team and Management Board. You will be supporting different Business Units with Market Insights topics, driving the coordination within the different regional Market Intelligence teams. Finally, you will consolidate regional initiatives and initiate process best practices.

To do so, you partner up with different stakeholders and act as a collaborative partner throughout the process.

Location of the position is: Gurugram, India

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Build a centralized governance dynamic for Market Intelligence.
  • Improve of market intelligence data collection, content, and process (e.g., Competition price movements tracking, Customer Market-Share, Competitors’ strategic movements).
  • Propose recommendations as to actions to capitalize on opportunities and helps direct strategy to assist the company in reaching its targets.
  • Tracking opportunities and offers in CRM system.
  • Follow up of internal and external key information (e.g., Plant’s capacity utilization, Raw Material’s prices/availability, Steel production levels, Macro Economic indicators).
  • Tracking key Sales KPIs (e.g., Price Fulfillment and Profitability development).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience (at least 5+ years) in Market Research & Analysis.
  • Profound experience within Sales, Market Intelligence, and knowledge of sales processes.
  • High interest in industry main drivers, customers, and competitor’s development.
  • A relevant educational background (Business Administration/Economics or Technical Engineering with a commercial experience)
  • Advanced MS Office skills will be required to be able to transform data in good analysis.
  • Basic experience on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) will be considered an asset.
  • Working experience on some analytical tools viz; Microsoft Power BI will be considered an asset.
  • Working experience from International companies. Knowledge of the Refractory or Steel Industry will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
