Customer Service Representative with Languages

About you

 

Do you have experience working on international teams and your communication skills and willingness to achieve great results are outstanding? In addition, you have:

 

  • Previous experience working as a Customer Service or in a Service Center will be consider as a great advantage
  • High level of English and French or other languages
  • Other languages will be more than welcomed
  • Customer focused and outstanding communication skills
  • Abilities to operate cross-functionally & collaboratively
  • SAP SD knowledge or similar ERP system will be a great plus

 

About the job

 

The aim of a Customer Service Representative is to ensure the effectiveness and performance of the Order-to-Cash process, acting as a link between the company and our clients in order to achieve the company’s goals while implementing and following the valid RHI Magnesita internal guidelines and policies in your daily tasks.

 

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Developing operational tasks within Commercial Management and the Order-to-Cash process
  • Interacting with customer and sales representatives and coordination of final responses
  • Resolution of incidences
  • Ensuring to handle operational tasks within defined KPIs
  • Proactively communication and promotion of processes and suggestion of continuous improvement ideas
