Customer Service Representative with French

About you...


As the contact person between the client and different departments involved in the trading process, such as logistics or credit risk, you are a proactive person with previous experience in a customer-oriented position who has knowledge related to export/import. You also are a team player driven by continuous improvement.


You also have:


-Business Administration University degree or relevant Commercial education
-High English level is mandatory. French knowledge will be a strong plus as well
-Deep knowledge of import/export (Inco-terms, creation of documentation, including freight documents/transport documents, customs duty, terms of payment, country of origin, bank guarantee, handling of account receivables)
-2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial areas with different customer models in Sales, within Industrial Business Units (for example Project Business EEC/Glass)
-Experience working with SAP SD and proficiency in Excel
-General Office Package knowledge

About the job


In this role you will be providing support to German speaking counties. Your tasks will include:


-Developing operational tasks within Commercial Management and the Order to Cash (OTC) process
-Interacting with customers, logistics and finance department for finalization of processes
-Manage simple and complex customer orders (inspections, audits, Chamber of Commerce, payment compliance, etc.)
-Creation and management of contracts
-Creation of Export documents
-Maintaining high level of accuracy with Order entering process and the follow up of Cash management
-Performing a successful stabilization transition of the tasks
-Resolution of incidences and complaints
-Ensuring correct handle of operational tasks according to defined KPIs
-Proactive communication and promotion of processes and suggestion of continuous improvement
