RHI Magnesita is seeking a highly motivated Regional Resale Buyer Jr to join our team located in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.

About the Role:

The Regional Resale Buyer Jr will be responsible for managing the new request for buying third party items for our sales team and get a new quote from a portfolio of suppliers as well as new sources of supply for new items or project for our North American (NAM) region. You will be assigned specific role and receive comprehensive training on all aspects of the Regional Resale Buyer Jr role, including:

• Order processing and management
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Coordinating with internal teams (sales, quotation team, logistics, etc.)
• Providing exceptional customer service

Reporting and Travel:

This position will report directly to Azalea Melo, Team Leader Resale Procurement Expert NAM.  Occasional domestic and international travel may be required, estimated at approximately 5% of the time.

The Regional Resale Buyer Jr. Representative's tasks include:

• Managing the news request for quote with an existing supplier as well to investigate the source of supply for new items.
• Receiving and processing Purchase Orders from various stakeholders across the United States and Canada.
• Solve different problems with difference with the suppliers regarding the quantities, prices difference on the invoices. Issues related with procurement.
• Collaborating closely with the entire Supply Chain team, including production, quality, transportation, and warehouse personnel, while engaging with diverse stakeholders from multiple countries and cultures.
• Closely work with the PTP Consultant (Capgemini team) Creation of the PO's, Conducting order follow-ups.
• Analyzing data and support to our stakeholders in form and time.
• Utilizing KPIs to drive performance improvements aligned with the Company’s Global Objectives.
• Exhibiting proactivity, strong communication skills, effective organizational methods, and a keen sense of urgency.

Are you the ideal candidate?

We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Transportation, International Relations.
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in a Procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Strong expertise in using ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive and communicative approach, with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency
• The capability to engage with staff, partners, and the public in a calm and professional manner
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Experience with data entry, report generation, and data analysis.
