FP&A Minerals & Recycling Analyst Professional (m/f/d)

With strong analytical skills and structured way of working, you are able to understand interdependencies, connect relevant dots and transform analysis into a clear set of recommendations to drive and improve business performance. You are able to manage, communicate and connect with stakeholders at various levels. Your proactiveness in generating initiatives and creative thinking challenges the status quo and you show continuous curiosity to learn about the business and its drivers within and beyond your area of scope. You keep the end-result in focus, and you manage to perform in a constant changing environment with culturaly divesre team. Your enthusiasm about converting the most challenging scenarios in to a clear and tangible solution is clearly visible.

 

In addition, you have:
 

  • 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar or global manufacturer.
  • A relevant University Degree (Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering).
  • Knowledge of Budget Forecast and Actual analysis processes as a plus.
  • Fluency in English, any additional languages such as German and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Interest to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and many challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • BI and SAP as a plus.

About your job
As FP&A of Minerals and Recycling analyst you will play the role of business partner to Minerals external sales and Recycling businesses. Your responsibility will be to run, design and improve the deliverables of FP&A business partners. As our ideal candidate you have strategic thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the capacity to successfully manage both global topics and local initiatives in very different cultural environments.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Support Minerals and Recycling areas on financial Budget and Forecast.
  • Monthly analysis of Actual x Forecast.
  • Develop financial KPIs to measure Recycling added value for the company.
  • Play an active role in the improvement, standardization, and automation of existing processes.
  • Support ad hoc Business Cases calculations.
  • Provide Minerals and Recycling executives with a better understanding of the drivers for the business success.
  • Create scenario simulations through cross functional collaboration & highlight relevant findings in a manner that is relatable to senior stakeholders by means of your ability to influence without authority.

  • We offer you a full-time position (38.5 hours / week) at headquarters Vienna. According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the monthly gross salary according to collective agreement starts from € 3.003,8 (full time basis). The actual level of remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience. We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
