HCM SAP Specialist (all genders)

RHI Magnesita is currently looking for a performance driven HCM SAP Software Specialist to support their Human Resource (HR) IT product team.


Skills & qualities we are looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge in SAP HCM system, with experience in Payroll and/or Time Management solutions and their integrations with the SAP ERP
  • Software implementation methodology knowledge
  • Experience in software development or knowledge of ABAP programming are beneficial
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and/or SAP Concur also are beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple taks with varying priorities
  • Willingness to learn and be open to new working methods and technologies
  • Fluency in German and English is a must


About the job

As an SAP inhouse HCM specialist based in Vienna you are

  • responsible for understanding the process requirements defined by Global Process Experts (GPEs) designing the conceptual software implementation solution.
  • provide software solution architecture alignment and application interfaces conceptual model.
  • support GPEs on improvement projects implementation on software changes definition.


Your tasks will include:

  • Support locally and remotely the HR business applications, providing issues resolution, root cause analysis and bug fixing.
  • Create and deliver software conceptual functional design for applications customizing and new developments according to company requirements and standards
  • Cooperate with global teams, independent of the region, to implement projects, attend requests and resolve the issues related to Attract_to_grow (AtG) processes.
  • Lead or participate in task forces to mitigate complex issues, eliminate root causes of the problems and achieve system stabilization.
  • Perform second level support and third level maintenance activities, facilitating the problem analysis and improving the global communication with other analysts from other regions.
  • Act closer to GPEs and Key Users when a very high incident occurs, accelerating the workaround recommendation and issue resolution.
  • Conduct and/or participate in workshops, training and knowledge transfer sessions to be aware of the processes implemented and perform an efficient support for users.
  • Support leaders to manage routines and KPIs and cooperate to increase quality of services.

Your potential annual gross salary starts at € 70.000 on a full-time basis.
