RHI Magnesita is looking for a High-Skilled, Self-Driven SAP Full-Stack Developer to join the RHIM Technical Team. This is not a role for a traditional legacy programmer. We need a forward-thinking professional who is passionate about modern SAP architecture (RAP, CAP, BTP, Clean Core) and can operate with high autonomy.

In addition, you have:

 

  • work experience / field:  high level of expertise in SAP development, participating on different projects and landscapes, adopting best practices and providing intelligent and efficient solutions. Background on deploying solutions adopting agile techniques providing innovative solutions focusing on maximizing value to the customers.
  • educational background: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • certificates: ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP will be considered an asset
  • IT skills:          
    • Modern SAP Engineering: Design and implement end-to-end applications utilizing the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for backend services and SAP Fiori (Elements & Free-Style) for the frontend.
    • Clean Core Advocacy: Develop and maintain solutions across SAP BTP, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring strict alignment with SAP’s Clean Core principles.
    • End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for technical designs, translate complex functional requirements into scalable code, and own your deployments.
    • Output Management: Handle complex requirements involving Adobe Forms and output management as part of broader solution deliveries.
    • Agile Product Delivery: Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and DevOps pipeline execution. Collaborate flawlessly with global, cross-functional teams.
    • Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
    • ⚠️ Note on Modern SAP Tech: We are strictly looking for professionals who have mastered modern S/4HANA and BTP paradigms. Legacy-only experience will not be considered for this role.
    • Advanced Modern ABAP: Heavy expertise in Core Data Services (CDS Views), ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO).
    • Modern APIs & Integration: Deep knowledge of OData Services (V2 / V4) and Web Services (REST / SOAP).
    • Output Interfaces: Proficiency in Adobe Forms.
    • Code Governance: Strong discipline with the ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) and performance optimization.
    • Global Fluency: Advanced spoken and written English for seamless collaboration in global project environments.
    • The "Ownership" Factor: Proven track record of working independently, pivoting under pressure, and delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills
    • Familiarity with event-driven architecture concepts and tools.
    • Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Work Zone, and SAP Integration Suite.
    • Exposure to Git-based development workflows and version control (abapGit).
    • Understanding of Key User Extensibility within SAP S/4HANA.

    • Experienced on Cloud integration platforms - SAP Integration,
    • Previous experience with CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integrations) and/or HCI is an advantage
    • Knowledge in Groovy Scripts
    • Experience in message mappings and XSLTs
    • Strong experience in integrations, designing, developing and deploying
    • Experience in most common adapers, SFTP, REST, JDBC, Mail, SAP Idocs, HTTP and APIs, such as Soap and Rest APIs
    • Desirable experience in SAP API management, Integration Assessment, B2B scenarios
    • Basic Knowledge on SAP ECC and Sap S4 Hana
    • Experience in all the project phases,
    • Knowledge in other SAP solutions such as, Concur, SF, is a plus
    • Previous experience in SAP PI/PO is an advantage
    • Event Mesh concepts and hands on experience is an advantage
    • Authentication and authorization basic concepts are required
    • Experience with SAP and SAP-ABAP is an advantage
    • Knowledge on SAP Cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors/Ariba will be considered an asset
    • End-to-End implementations for SAP integration using SAP HCI/CPI/Integration Suite
    • Broad awareness of Integration possibilities and platforms to support customer implementations.
    • Knowledgeable on S4 HANA
    • SAP Functional knowledge is an advantage
    • Java programing skills and should have worked on Portal Development Kit is good to have.
    • Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Kanban
  • language skills: Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal. Other languages will be considered an asset
