Join RHI Magnesita India Limited as a Mechanical Engineering Technician Junior within our Preventive Maintenance department, located in Bhiwadi. This role, reporting under the Sales division, is designed for individuals keen to build a strong foundation in mechanical engineering technologies while contributing directly to the maintenance and operational efficiency of our production facilities.

As a Mechanical Engineering Technician Junior, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and upkeep of preventive maintenance programs. With no travel requirements, this position is focused on hands-on work and collaboration within the local team, fostering professional growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior mechanical engineers and maintenance personnel in executing routine and preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support diagnostic activities by collecting data, monitoring equipment performance, and helping troubleshoot mechanical issues using standard tools and techniques.
• Participate in the inspection, calibration, and regular servicing of machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, including servicing logs, reports, and parts inventories, contributing to efficient resource planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance maintenance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safe work practices within the department.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related technical field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report findings.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop technical expertise, and take on increasing responsibilities.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software or ERP systems is a plus but not mandatory.
