Kiln & Tar plant (Supervisor) BHIWADI, India | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Kiln/Dryer Supervisor to oversee critical kiln/dryer parameters including Kiln critical temperature, Dryer temperature monitor, Tar plant, and Shot Blasting Machines operation monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety while leading a skilled maintenance team.

Qualifications s Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Ceramic / Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of Kiln operation experience in Refractory/ Whiteware/ Glass plants.
• Hands-on expertise with Kiln critical temp. controlling, dryer operation, tar plants, and shot blasting machines operation monitoring. Strong knowledge of ceramic raw materials & processes systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Your role

• Supervise troubleshooting of kiln and dryer critical temperature.
• Lead and mentor a team of operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• To ensure and minimize PNG gas consumption by optimizing kiln loading and troubleshooting during power cut.
• Maintain and check accurate records of the kiln temp and maintain the accurate temperature of Tar plant vessel work.
