PRODUCTION (SUPERVISOR) BHIWADI, India | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Production supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for critical equipment  Dryers, Kilns, The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety while leading a skilled production team

Qualifications s Skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Ceramic Engineering.
• 0–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial plants.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
•  Preferably from the refractory industry.

Your role

• Punching daily production activities of reporting.
• Dryer cage loading & unloading.
•  Operating dryer with SOP 
• Reporting entries in production logbook
• Handover & takeover of product from qc dept.
• Accountability of product loading in kiln & dry.
• Operating kiln with SOP 
• Firing cones setup for ladle shroud product
• Documentation & reporting
• Continuous improvement
• 5 s  knowledge  

Compliance s Safety

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms.
• Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
