Key Responsibilities:

• Support the mixing and precasting operations by preparing materials and operating machinery as required.
• Monitor production metrics and assist in identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:
