Quality Control Technician (SGR)

   BHIWADI, India | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to oversee the Quality & operational process checking parameters from raw material to finish good of slide gate refractories. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications s Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Ceramic Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in Refractory & allied ceramic industry.
• Knowledge of raw materials, testing equipment & testing parameters of materials.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Your role

• Ensure and check quality and process parameters of slide gate refractories on daily basis.
• Process Parameters check sheet maintain.
• Analysis of rejections and find out RCA.
• Collaborate with production team to minimize the rejection rate.
• Maintain accurate records of Process activities and prepare reports.

Compliance s Safety

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms.
• Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
