You are driven by a passion for managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related technologies. You enjoy taking responsibility for delivering enterprise-grade solutions in collaboration, communication, security, and compliance, empowering seamless productivity and innovation through advanced tools and technologies.
As a member of our M365 Competence Center, you will join a dynamic team of 10 professionals and report directly to the Head of the M365 Competence Center.
Your tasks
As a IT Operations Analyst Senior, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding our Microsoft 365 environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Support:
- Manage and optimize services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, and MDM (Intune).
- Provide expert-level support for end users and internal stakeholders, ensuring high availability and performance of M365 applications.
- Collaboration and Communication Tools:
- Oversee Teams-based collaboration and IP telephony solutions, including integration with other enterprise tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance user adoption and productivity using M365 Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Security and Compliance:
- Support compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview for legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administer security technologies, including DNS, certificates, Web Application Firewalls, Mimecast, and WinMagic Disk Encryption.
- AI and Automation:
- Collaborate with the AI team on projects involving ChatGPT, M365 Copilot, and other AI technologies.
- Develop and deploy automation workflows leveraging Power Automate and other tools within the Power Platform.
- Project Management and Collaboration:
- Participate in cross-functional projects managed through Azure DevOps, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with teams across the organization to implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
- Service Management:
- Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes via ServiceNow.
- Continuously improve service processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction.
Your profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance technologies within the M365 ecosystem, such as Microsoft Purview, DNS, and certificates.
- Familiarity with IP telephony, Mimecast, Web Application Firewalls, and encryption technologies.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ticket management systems like ServiceNow.
Experience:
- Experience with AI technologies such as ChatGPT and M365 Copilot.
- Knowledge of OpenText or other document management systems.
- Familiarity with Threema or similar secure communication tools.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Language: English – fluent, any additional language – advanced would be a considered an asset
