 RHI is currently seeking a Master Data Professional for our GSS – Global Shared Service Center to be accounted for the Master Data creation and change processes, rules and procedures definition, and for the quality of the stored information in our ERP system and for the solution of incidents inherent to the creation and changes. About the job  

 

As a Jr. Material Master Data Analyst you will play an important role on our GSS – Global Shared Service Center, work with multiple countries and regions, you will be responsible to execute on our master data setup and maintenance according to the SLAs defined on ticketing system and agreed with our main stakeholders, responding for the rules and procedures of master data registration of materials. Ensure the quality of the information stored and in the solution of inconveniences inherent to registers (incidents), as well as participation in projects that involve the processes simplification, digital transformation and themes of its inherent.

 

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Support globally the material master data creation and maintenance
  • Acting on specific migration projects or systemic adaptations
  • Implement the work plans and procedures of the sector
  • Monitor master data overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

 

In addition, your tasks will include:  

 

  • Work experiencie: Material Master Data Creation and maintenance of materials in SAP (SAP ECC 6.0) defining their material type according to their use in the company as well as their complements such as required views, BOM, routing, production version in the requested organizational structure: plants, warehouse and sales organization.
  • Educational background: - related areas, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Mining, Metallurgy, Geology, Mechanical, Production Technician.
  • Higher education: BA / BS in Engineering, logistics, IT, Administration or similar.
  • Skills:                
  • Tax legislation (Classification of materials and Block K) - Understanding
  • PDM (Materials Descriptive Standard) and PDRM (Materials Descriptive Standard) - Intermediate
  • Reading and Interpreting technical drawings - Basic
  • Process Management - Intermediate
  • Knowledge in Productive / Logistic / Business Process - Basic
  • Office Package (MS Excel: VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE and other formulas, MS Word for procedures building) – Basic
  • language skills:English – Proficient/Fluent

Spanish will be considered an asset
