About the job

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Digital Transformation department to lead the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the South America. You will be responsible for managing a small team of project managers and driving a complex cross-functional program involving multiple business functions, countries, as well as internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage complex dependencies, navigate ambiguity, proactively mitigate risks, and drive decision-making in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with business leaders, project teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes and value realization across the organization.

You will be working in a diverse, dynamic and performance-driven team with a strong team spirit and humour.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Lead and develop a small team of regional Project Managers.
• Establish effective governance, performance tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
• Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive recovery actions when required.
• Foster a culture of ownership, resilience, pragmatism, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery against scope, timeline, cost, benefits, and quality using clear, practical KPIs.

• Ensure the process has: Clear acceptance criteria, Named actions owners,  validators and approvers, Defined evidence expectations and tracking
• Maintain a clean flow from executed → validated → signed off → closed, calling out risks immediately when this breaks.
• Track cross-system and business dependencies (finance close, payroll, inventory, critical operations).
• Lead defect and issue triage sessions; drive owners to resolution and retest.
• Engage senior stakeholders directly to unblock decisions, not just inform them.
• Stay close to data readiness topics that threaten execution.

About You

You are an experienced transformation leader who thrives in complex and demanding environments. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset and are able to move seamlessly between executive discussions and operational problem-solving.

You are resilient, pragmatic and results-oriented, with the ability to maintain momentum and focus under pressure. You create clarity in ambiguity, proactively challenge the status quo, and drive teams towards ambitious goals.

With your strong leadership and communication skills, you build trust across functions and organizational levels. You are not afraid to take difficult decisions, escalate issues when required and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments. You understand how to balance competing priorities while keeping sight of the overall transformation objectives and business value.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education

• A Master’s degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language is considered as an asset

Work Experience

• Demonstrated ability to operate in the detail while keeping the big picture.
• Strong hands-on experience working with IT teams, different suppliers and system integrators.
