Your position

 

We are looking for outstanding individuals with the potential to become the leaders and experts of the future by embodying RHIM’s mission! You will have the chance to be part of a dedicated program with a permanent contract since the beginning and challenge yourself in different departments and functions to gain experience and know RHIM’s reality at all, in order to land in your final position with good knowledge of the business and an extended network!

 

Your tasks

The Refractory Factory Trainee Program is the initial step for top-notch graduates who want to join Operations field towards a stimulating and exciting journey within RHI Magnesita, offering unique insights to discover and improve your talents and to become the leaders and experts of our future.

 

Your profile

 

  • University Degree complete in Science/Engineering e.g., Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, etc.)
  • Professional working/internship experience in the fields of Lean/HSE/plants Operations/Industrial area.
  • International mindset and mobile (willingness and ability to relocate in the future)
  • Leadership potential
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Motivation to take initiative and drive topics forward
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills and clear communication style
  • Open-minded, agile, and comfortable with change
  • Ability to thrive in diverse, international environment.

 

Additional languages

  • Fluent in Spanish

 

Nice to have

  • Mobility to Contagem-MG
  • Available from September 2026

 

The program & hiring process

 

The hiring process for the Global Trainee Program 2026 takes place between March and June 2026 and includes several stages, such as CV screening, interviews, a personality questionnaire, and an assessment center.

Successful candidates will receive their contracts between June and July and will start their positions in September 2026. Throughout the program, trainees will complete multiple assignments and rotations, gaining cross-functional exposure and building a strong internal network.
