We are seeking a skilled Electrical Electronics Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing all electrical systems and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safety. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting failures, and supporting new installations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in Maintenance department in manufacturing industry.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, and reading technical diagrams/blueprints.
- Proficient in using testing tools (multimeters, , etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Analytical problem-solving abilities, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Having at least 1-3 years of Factory Operations / Manufacturing Operations.
Your role
We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated individual to help us with this Digital Transition while also managing the Business as Maintenance Engineer.
Your tasks will include:
- Develop and implement scheduled maintenance routines for electrical equipment, including motors, control panels, switchgears, and PLCs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical faults promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and company safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machinery.
- Provide technical support and training to technicians.
