FP&A Prof Experienced

Title: FP&A Dalian

Location: Dalian DDA

Report to: FP&A Operations China

I. Responsibilities:

1. Planning, controlling and monitoring of the site’s product realization processes according to the commercial orientated plans
2. Maintaining the basic financial data to support the decision-making processes
3. Enabling appropriate correction action when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency and when business levels deviate from the plan taking the necessary action to maintain financial vitality
4. Monitoring manufacturing cost center expenses and communicating the results with Operation     
5. Assisting plant management team to prepare the plant KPIs report and provide analysis
6. Holding monthly cost meetings, discussing together with cost center responsible the variances and countermeasure, making monthly forecast
7. Supporting the plant budget process and align budgets with strategic goals, budget analysis and presentation, transition old budget-> forecast-> new budget
8. Supporting on Lean or other Capex projects beneficial calculation
9. Good understanding of production cost calculation and material master data, cost estimation and calculation for new products
10. Other tasks assigned by region or group

II. Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree holder, preferred in Finance, Economics or Business
2. 1+ years of experience with multinational manufacturing company, whether or not cost control related
3. Proven computer skills: MS Office (Excel for extended analysis), SAP FICO module and Power BI a plus
4. Strong analytical skill with solid sense on figures, strong logic, strong ability of data collection and analysis, good at summarizing
5. Good command of English is required
6. Energetic, friendly, outgoing, proactive personality, and open to change
7. Good communication, hard-working and resistant to pressure, willing to learn and grow with the company
