About the job

We are looking for an experienced, versatile and proactive HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team at our plant in Divača. In this position, you will be our go-to-person for all HR-related topics along the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will act as strategic advisor and strong sparring partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational changes, labor law topics, and other complex challenges. In addition, you will also leverage your extensive payroll expertise to advise and decide on related topics. As part of a truly international and large global corporation, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across the entire region, and drive impactful changes that shape the future of your site and beyond.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Acting as interface to external organizations (e.g., social security, auditors)
• Participating in payroll processes
• Developing, adapting and implementing HR policies, as well as communicating them in the local language
• Guiding and supporting employees and leaders in how to apply these policies

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Skills

• A degree with a focus on Human Resources Management or related fields
• Strong payroll skills, including tax regulations etc.
• Experience in labour law and cooperation with external partners like auditors, social security, etc.

Languages

• Slovenian – Proficient/Fluent
• English – Advanced

Work Experience

• A few years of relevant HR experience in a larger corporate environment, or a strong desire to grow in such a setting
