Logistics & Transportation Coordinator (all genders)

Divača | Full time or part time (minimum 20 hours)

Your position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Logistics team at plant Divača. This position involves managing and streamlining dispatch and delivery plans, ensuring efficient transport planning, and preparing purchase orders and pick lists. You will play a key role in optimizing transport and freight costs while ensuring an even distribution of loads in the weekly transport plan. Your contributions will directly support the operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our logistics operations.

Your tasks

• Organizing and preparing groupage orders and groupage transport
• Collaborating with freight forwarding and customs teams for goods exports
• Reviewing and confirming invoices for transport services
• Providing support in sales and warehouse logistics as needed to ensure smooth operations

Your profile

• Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and efficiency
• First relevant working experience within logistics, customer care, sales or procurement
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
• Completed high school education

Languages: English – fluent, Slovenian – fluent

Nice to have: German skills will be considered an asset
