About the job

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic environment? This role is perfect for junior professionals or recent graduates ready to join our international corporation in the logistics field. As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient logistics between our Divača plant and our global network. In this position, you’ll learn how to use our ERP system (Navision) to identify demand and create purchase orders for raw materials and logistics. You will collaborate closely with the Purchasing team to coordinate prizes and conditions and will communicate with various internal and external stakeholders – both locally and internationally. You’ll also leverage your organizational skills by supporting the maintenance and updating of relevant databases.

 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Assisting the Quality Management team with raw material claims or complaints
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies and improving your problem-solving abilities
  • Managing and monitoring inventory levels and understanding Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
  • Occasionally coordinating transportation and shipping, including related documentation

What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education & Skills

  • A commercial degree or comparable first professional experience in this area (e.g. procurement, logistics, sales, finance or similar)
  • User experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Navision, …)

 

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German or any other language skills will be considered an asset

 

Work Experience

  • First experience in logistics and/or procurement
