Corporate Communications Specialist - Middle East Türkiye and Africa
This is a communications generalist role responsible for planning and executing internal and external communication activities for RHI Magnesita across the META region.
The role works closely with the Regional Leadership Team and Global Communications to deliver consistent, engaging, and business-relevant regional communications that strengthen RHIM’s reputation, culture visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
The location for this position is Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibility areas include:
- Content Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, develop, and produce high-quality internal and external communication materials, including leadership presentations, executive messages, employee and customer newsletters, email campaigns, videos, posters, banners, social media graphics, and animations. Support storytelling that highlights customer projects, innovation, sustainability, partnerships, and people initiatives across the region.
- Digital Channel Management: Manage the regional social media content calendar, support digital campaign ideation and execution, and track performance metrics. Oversee employee app content and analytics to enhance internal communication effectiveness and support external brand visibility and engagement.
- Event and Exhibitions management: Plan and execute internal and external events, trade fairs, and exhibitions across the region. Partner with Sales and business teams to support customer engagement, regional promotion activities, and project visibility.
- Media & Public Relations: Work closely with the Regional President and key stakeholders to support media engagement, industry participation, and public relations initiatives that strengthen RHIM’s regional reputation and thought leadership presence.
- Global collaboration: Coordinate with Global and regional communications teams to localize global initiatives and scale regional communication activities across markets, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
- Agency management: Manage communication vendors end-to-end, from briefing and coordination to delivery and budget follow-up.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience of end-to-end management of trade fairs participation and internal and external event management.
- Experience of media relations and PR in the Middle East region particularly.
- Basic design & editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar etc.
- Experience with paid social and search ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Working knowledge of web and social media management tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc. And basic knowledge of CRM tools like MS Dynamics will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of using AI tools like ChatGPT, MS Copilot etc. for professional purposes.
Behavioral and Educational:
- Minimum graduate in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in agency or corporate.
- Certifications in digital / social media marketing, public relations, designing and editing software, Gen AI tools etc. would be clear advantage.
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of Arabic and/or Turkish will be preferred.
