About you
You are a Sales Expert with a passion for growing business in technically demanding environments. You're driven by new opportunities, thrive in solution-oriented selling, and excel at building strong industry relationships.
Our ideal candidate has experience in the Hydrocarbonate Process Industry sector with a solid understanding in refining, gas processing, and petrochemical operations.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Familiar with refractory solutions
- Skilled in technical communication, contract negotiation, and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Experienced in working with EPCs, licensors, and plant operators in the HPI sector.
- Comfortable engaging with engineering, procurement, and plant management teams.
- Results-driven and motivated by winning new business.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Hands-on, proactive, and a self-starter.
- A degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Business is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel 50% of the time.
About the job
The main purpose of this role is to manage the full sales cycle for refractory solutions across the GCC petrochemical market — from opportunity detection to final payment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with refineries, gas processors, and petrochemical producers.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial offers tailored to each client’s needs.
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the value chain.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Provide technical support and consulting as needed, from pre-sales to after-sales phases.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Manage sales forecasts, demand planning, and receivables to ensure a healthy pipeline and financial performance.
