Team Leader Engineering & Quotation & 4PRO

About you
You are able to understand our customers requirements and translate them into attractive proposals with the required engineering work. Your excellent cooperation and communication skills make it easy to act as an interface between the sales team and the support functions located across the globe. As a leader for the lean Engineering and Quotations team for Türkiye, West Asia and Africa you will be able to assist the sales force into expanding our 4PRO contracts within the region with end-to-end support (from the lead identification to the business model implementation).
In addition, you have:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in technical sales or technical Marketing of refractories and/ or in the application of refractories in the steel or industrial environment.
- Experience in preparing drawings would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, ceramic engineering, or metallurgical engineering).
- Excellent MS office skills.
- Should be proficient in English.
- Distinctive problem-solving competence, strong customer orientation.
About the job
The main purpose of this job is to support sales with the right techno-commercial proposal to achieve our business ambitions. You will lead a quotation team sitting in India and connect our engineering requirements with the design hub in Latam. In addition, you will be responsible to establish the templates and necessary governance for the expansion of our 4PRO business across the region (from lead generation to business model implementation in connection with different stakeholders as TE&S, Finance, Legal, etc).
Your tasks will include:
- Provide quotations and designs to the sales team.
- Follow the sales competence guidelines and assure that the quotations are compliant.
- Develop templates and analysis tools for the sales team to take informed decisions.
- Elaborate 4PRO offers in coordination with the different stakeholders.
- Define business models for the different countries based on principles such as tax compliance and lean setup.
- Promote the 4PRO business models along with sales.
- Identify opportunities for 4PRO business models.
