About the job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Head of Sales Steel Turkey. In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness and performance within Commercial Management and the Order-to-Cash process. You will link the client and various company departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, or Inventory) involved in the trading process. Your daily duties will include interacting with customers and Sales representatives, as well as coordinating final responses between them. Your support will be vital for achieving RHI Magnesita’s goals while implementing and following valid internal guidelines and policies.


In addition, your tasks will include

  • Handling operational tasks striving for high customer satisfaction
  • Following up on offers and orders and entering them into our system
  • Taking care of shipment dates and monitoring the payment process with the customers
  • Ensuring a smooth and timely delivery with the business stakeholders
  • Resolving incidents
  • Communicating and promoting processes and suggestions for continuous improvement

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. What we expect from you in terms of


Education and Skills

  • Ideally, a university degree in the field of Communications, Commerce, or similar
  • SAP SD or similar ERP system knowledge would be advantageous



  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Turkish – Proficient/Fluent


Work Experience

  • Previous experience working in Customer Service, Service Center, or similar.
