About the job

As an Electric Workshop Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and reliability. You will lead a shift-based team, working closely with mechanical maintenance and production teams to manage planned and corrective maintenance activities. Additionally, you will take charge of new installations and investment projects, contribute to energy management systems, and actively support Health & Safety, Lean, and Quality operations.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Planning, scheduling, and overseeing electrical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance
• Handling high-voltage systems and taking responsibility for high-voltage management
• Working hands-on with automation systems, analyzing requirements and leading troubleshooting and editing actions
• Ensuring legal compliance by planning and following mandatory inspections

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. You feel confident engaging and negotiating with customers and managers at all levels. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. What we expect from you in terms of

Education and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Strong PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming skills (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Simatic Manager preferred)

Languages

• English and Turkish – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience and Knowledge

• Several years of hands-on experience in electrical systems maintenance within a manufacturing environment
