Head of Beneficiation & Kilning

We are looking for a Head of Beneficiation & Kilning raw material processing and kiln operations. This role has accountable for the safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation of all mining activities in Eskişehir.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead daily operations and continuous improvement across Beneficiation and Kilning
- Identify, justify, and execute CAPEX projects; ensure benefit realization
- Stabilize capacity and eliminate losses across the pit to kiln value stream
- Control inventory levels and cycle time; reduce working capital exposure
- Drive energy efficiency and cost performance
- Ensure safe, compliant, and disciplined operations
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams; strengthen process ownership and standardization
- Lead and develop the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in beneficiation, kiln operations, mining, cement, lime, or other high temperature process industries
- Proven track record in yield improvement, capacity stabilization, and cost reduction
- Hands on experience with CAPEX development and execution, including business case ownership and ROI delivery
- Strong understanding of energy intensive operations and energy efficiency improvement
- Experience managing inventory, material flows, and working capital in an industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of HSE, compliance, and 6S / lean practices
- Strong analytical, familiarity with SAP, leadership, and communication skills
- Cross functional collaboration with Mining, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, FP&A, and HSE.
- Fluent/Proficient in English and Turkish
