As a Sales Manager for Türkiye, you are responsible for developing and expanding our business with customers in the steel industry across the region. You’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships across our full refractory product portfolio. This role is field-based, with approximately 50–60% travel within Türkiye. You will work independently with a high degree of flexibility and ownership, structuring and developing your market while aligning closely with internal stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to our customers. As a trusted partner and ambassador, you act as key interface between our customers and our company, contributing directly to our commercial success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing customer-specific strategies to grow business and market share in Türkiye
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the steel industry
- Managing key customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Driving the full sales cycle including negotiations, offers, and contract management
- Collaborating with Technical Marketing and R&D to implement and roll out new products
Qualifications:
- Degree in Ceramics, Metallurgy or similar, OR several years of equivalent professional experience in steel production and refractory products
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience
- Open, communicative personality with a structured, independent working style
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills
- Driver’s license (Class B) – company car provided
- Fluent/Proficient in English and Turkish
