About the job

About the job In this role, you will lead technical marketing activities for RHI Magnesita's product portfolio in the Turkish steel industry. Acting as a key technical interface between our company and its customers, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, resolving technical issues, and delivering tailored solutions. Your goal is to ensure optimal product performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and production units to identify opportunities, troubleshoot problems, and drive continuous improvement.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Resolving customer complaints, coordinating product failure analyses, and implementing technical solutions
• Presenting products, services, and value creation projects to key customers
• Creating and reviewing technical offers and proposals
• Providing technical expertise and application knowledge to support sales initiatives
• Monitoring effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
• Representing RHI Magnesita in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Ceramic, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering
• Solid MS Office skills

Languages

• English and Turkish – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience and Knowledge

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical marketing and/or application of refractory products in the steel industry
• Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of your worktime
