About the Opportunity: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the mechanical and electrical systems across the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Replacing electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors
• Rewiring motors and replacing motor bearings
• Troubleshooting and replacing electronic components
• Reading, interpreting, and working from electrical schematics and prints
• Performing basic wiring and PLC troubleshooting
• Testing malfunctioning machinery and collaborating with other maintenance personnel to resolve issues
• Leading by example in enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Actively promoting a safety‑first culture
• Maintaining accurate repair and preventive maintenance documentation
• Supporting plant operations during off‑hours, as needed

You bring 10+ years of experience leading teams and managing day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment. You also:
