About the opportunity?

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for performing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems across the facility, including but not limited to:

  • Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment
  • Replace electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices
  • Rewire motors and replace motor bearings
  • Troubleshoot and replace faulty electronic components
  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics and prints
  • Perform basic wiring and PLC troubleshooting
  • Test malfunctioning machinery and collaborate with other maintenance personnel to resolve issues
  • Lead by example in following and enforcing all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulation
  • Actively promote a culture of safety and ensure all maintenance activities are performed with safety as the top priority
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Support plant operations during off-hours as neede
