We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cutting equipment, measuring tools, and production machinery in a fast-paced environment. The operator will be responsible for cutting refractory materials to precise specifications and ensuring quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Operate industrial saws to cut refractory materials according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements accurately.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on saw equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle and position heavy materials safely using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality before moving to the next stage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

What You Bring

• Experience operating industrial saws or similar cutting equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
