In addition, you have:


  • Minimum qualification – Graduate, preferably post graduate
  • 6-8 years of relevant Corporate Social Responsibility experience with limited company
  • Profound knowledge of statutory provisions related to CSR
  • Familiar with CSR activities of top-ranking entities
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English
  • Expertise in MS-Office



About the job


We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated CSR Professional to lead our CSR Function on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurugram office. 


The CSR Professional is responsible for timely and correctly spending of CSR funds.


Your tasks will include:

  • Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy
  • Preparation of CSR budget
  • Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment
  • Conducting research into best practice
  • Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
  • Ensuring that a company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs
  • Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers
  • Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
  • Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
  • To take care whether CSR activities are as per the prescribed regulations and avoidance of any violation
  • Monitoring of CSR projects and reporting thereof on monthly basis
