• Minimum qualification: Qualified CA
• 12+ years of work experience in a FP&A/ business controlling role
• Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

About the job

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated FP&A Head for our Finance IN/WA/AF on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurgaon Office.

FP&A supports the global organization with a range of performance data and analysis. We facilitate the planning processes both for short term (monthly financial forecasts) and for the medium term (budget planning). We are currently recruiting for someone to join as the business partner for our business.

Candidate will act as Business Partner, also interact with a group of global team in all finance related matters.

Their tasks will be:

• Drive business performance by providing relevant data for decision making
• Take up cost initiatives, help in monitoring & reduction of operating cost, fixed cost & working capital
• Monitor & review of capital expenditure
• Preparing Cash flow current and future
• Ensure proper controls for all process in line with internal controls for financial reporting. Closure of open audit points
• Develop suitable KPIs to drive business performance
• Review and Preparation of annual plan for the company
• overseeing the company’s financial reporting
• Preparing presentation for board and other management presentations
• Prework of Investor relations
• Preparing and analyzing benefit cost analysis for management approval and analyzing business proposals
• Review and preparation of SOPs and implementing them
