  • Minimum qualification: CA (first attempt) preferably from Big 04
  • 12-20 years of as financial controller Plants (refractory industry would be an advantage)
  • Must have expertise in SAP & Plant Controlling, Costing, MIS, Budgeting
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

About the job

 

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Financial Controller Plants for our Finance IN/WA/AF on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Vishakhapatnam Plant and responsible for both Vizag & Cuttack Plant.

 

The Financial Controller Plants is responsible for the short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Evaluate all reports and maintain financial accuracy for all plant processes and analyze all business trends and provide required explanations
  • Standard Costing & MSP Pricing of Parts- Run material cost estimation in SAP & also upload the planned price of material for internal control system & customer quotation
  • Analyze all operations and customer profitability ratio and recommend appropriate pricing and contracts
  • Evaluate and approving all plant transactions & payments as per laid down processes
  • Reconcile all physical inventory and maintain accuracy in transactions and records for all inventory and perform financial audit on annual basis
  • Manage and obtain approval for all requests on capital expenditures and maintain controls on all plant processes within required budget and prepare reports to summarize all business activities.
  • Working Knowledge of SAP (CO/FI/MM module), mainly in SAP FICO module.
  • Well versed with analyzing Fixed and variable overheads and controlling of budget at GL & Cost Center level
  • Budget preparation in involving Profit analyses, Waterfall chart, RM Price trend, Sale price variances and Volume & mix variances
  • Sales Support by facilitate monthly and weekly sale reviews with Operation head & Unit Head, Sales Analysis (Segment, PV, Product), MIS reporting & Cost Controlling Dashboards
  • Manages the balance sheet and P&L Schedules for Quarterly Audits and coordination with Statuary and Internal Auditors as required time to time
  • Timely providing all information required for decision making.
