Job Summary:
As an IT Business App Specialist, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and the logistical operations, ensuring that the applications and systems align effectively with business needs. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating digital transformation efforts, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Your expertise will drive the implementation and improvement of business applications that support logistical functions, allowing stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software applications.
• Configure and customize logistics software applications to enhance functionality and meet evolving business needs.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring that software implementations are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business success.

Qualifications:
