In addition, you have:


  • Minimum qualification: CA preferably from Big 04
  • 4-10 years of post-qualification work experience in these areas especially investor relations would be an advantage
  • Have expertise in analyzing financial statements and preparing responses to analysts’ questions
  • dealing with analysts / investors/ banks will be an added advantage
  • Cost benefit analysis, approving of financial proposals both Capex and Opex
  • Monitoring of company expenses and Capex projects
  • Preparation of timely reports for management decision making   
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
  • Professional communication & presentation skills

About the job


We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Investor Relations & Expense Management team member for our Finance IN/WA/AF on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurgaon Office.


The Investor Relations, Capex Monitoring, Expense Management and Treasury is responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving relations and communications between the organization and its shareholders, the investing public, and other members of the financial community.


Your tasks will include:

  • Analyzing financial statements and preparing responses to analyst queries
  • Supporting in investor relations activity of the company
  • Assist in Evaluating and approving all financial transactions & payments as per laid down processes for senior management
  • Reconcile all capex inventory and maintain accuracy in transactions and records for all capex items and perform financial audit on annual basis
  • Manage and obtain approval for all requests on capital expenditures and maintain controls on all plant processes within required budget and prepare reports to summarize all business activities.
  • Preparation of Daily cash flow and ensuring liquidity of funds at all times
  • Timely providing all information required for decision making.
