Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Planning Prof Junior at RHI Magnesita India Limited, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining supply chain operations within the Global RM Planning department. Your contribution will significantly impact the alignment between supply and demand across our operations in India and China. You will work closely with various departments, fostering collaboration to support business objectives and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of supply chain planning strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop forecasts, ensuring accurate planning throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with transportation and inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to optimize stock availability and reduce costs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to report on supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation of supply chain initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks by developing contingency plans and actions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for supply chain management. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts and processes, with at least a basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and relevant ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to support planning efforts on-site in various locations.
