Design Engineer Hydraulics & Gas Control Systems (all genders)

Your position

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and refinement of technical designs, and you will ensure the accurate maintenance of master data within the ERP system. Leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm for hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3D-CAD software, you will play a key role in the ongoing advancement of our product groups. Your contributions will include the generation of innovative design concepts and support in the creation of customer-facing presentations. You will independently plan and design components, assemblies, and systems within the hydraulics and pneumatics domain, with a consistent focus on functionality, quality, and cost-efficiency. This position includes occasional travel, approximately 10% of the time.

Your tasks

• Designing components and assemblies, coupled with producing detailed technical drawings
• Elaborating product documentation, including operating and installation instructions
• Maintaining product data and providing technical support to the sales team
• Innovating and improving existing products continuously, as well as developing new solutions
• Assembling and testing of in-house construction protypes in our laboratory and on-site at customer locations

Your profile

• Hands-on mindset, detail oriented and open for change
• Initial relevant working experience in an industrial environment
• Degree with a focus on design engineering, mechanical engineering, poly mechanics, automation, agricultural machinery technology or similar
• Enthusiasm for working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Extensive experience with 3D-CAD software (ideally Creo)

Languages: German – fluent, English – intermediate

Nice to have: Further education at a higher technical college (HF or FH)

In dieser spannenden Position sind Sie als KonstrukteurIn verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Konstruktionen sowie die Ableitung technischer Zeichnungen. Zudem pflegen Sie die relevanten Stammdaten im ERP-System. Dank Ihrer fundierten Kenntnisse und Ihrem Interesse an Hydraulik, Pneumatik sowie 3D-CAD-Systemen (insbesondere Creo) tragen Sie aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktgruppen bei, bringen innovative Ideen ein und unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen. Sie planen und konstruieren eigenständig Komponenten, Baugruppen und Systeme im Bereich der Hydraulik und Pneumatik – stets mit Blick auf Funktionalität, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit. In dieser Rolle ist zudem eine Reisetätigkeit von ca. 10 % vorgesehen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellen von Konstruktionen und Baugruppen inkl. Zeichnungen
• Erarbeiten von Produkt- und Betriebsanleitungen
• Produktpflege und Verkaufsunterstützung
• Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten
• Zusammenbau und Tests von eigenen Konstruktionen im Labor und bei Kunden

Ihr Profil

• Hands-on Mindset, detailorientiert und offen für Veränderung
• Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
• Abschluss mit Fokus auf Konstruktion, Maschinenbau, Polymechanik, Automatik, Landmaschinentechnik oder Vergleichbares
• Begeisterung für hydraulische und pneumatische Systeme
• Sehr guter Umgang mit 3D-CAD Software Systemen (idealerweise Creo)

Sprachen: Deutsch – fließend, Englisch - fortgeschritten
