  • Ensuring professional portfolio execution, including milestone discipline, resource visibility, risk management and execution follow-up
  • Driving the transition from customized engineering towards modular, scalable and platform-based product solutions
  • Ensuring value realization by tracking product performance, competitiveness, margins and customer value, and triggering corrective actions where required
  • Building and governing the ecosystem strategy, including partner models, make-or-buy decisions, interface ownership and scalable collaboration models
  • Collaborating across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance while acting as a change leader within the ongoing transformation to drive a scalable, product-driven organization

Your profile

  • Degree in business engineering, product management, engineering management or a comparable field
  • Proven leadership experience in product management, portfolio management or industrial technology strategy roles
  • Strong background in complex B2B systems, machinery, industrial equipment, automation or comparable environments
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio governance, lifecycle management and roadmap steering
  • Solid business acumen, including business cases, value propositions, pricing logic and investment prioritization
  • Experience working with PMO structures, project portfolio management, stage-gate processes and cross-functional governance
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrialization, standardization, supply chain implications and scalable product delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a clear commitment to transformation, modular platforms and measurable business impact; willingness to travel up to 25%
