What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about people but also equipped to drive meaningful engagement across the organization. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: 5+ years in an HR Generalist, Business Partner, or Employee Engagement role, with a strong track record in performance management, change initiatives, and employee communications.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align engagement strategies with business goals and translate insights into action.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort with data and reporting-able to interpret KPIs, survey results, and feedback to inform decisions.
- Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all levels.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead programs from concept to execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes.
- Tech Fluency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (charts, pivots, filters), and familiarity with HRIS or engagement platforms.
- Adaptability: A resilient, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Cultural Sensitivity: A natural connector who fosters inclusion and builds trust across diverse teams.
