Employee Engagement Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Engagement Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and deliver programs that boost engagement and satisfaction across the employee journey.
- Milestone Recognition: Coordinate anniversary acknowledgments (5–30 years) and retirement celebrations that honor employees and their families.
- Recognition Programs: Launch and manage company-wide initiatives that spotlight great work and foster appreciation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement measurable enhancements to the employee experience.
- Talent Development: Support site-level activities, training sessions, and development plans that empower employees and leaders.
- Feedback & Analysis: Lead surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to uncover insights and drive meaningful change.
- Employee Relations: Build trusted relationships across teams, provide coaching, and monitor organizational “pulse.”
- Event Planning: Organize engaging employee events and activities that bring teams together.
- Community Engagement: Launch local programs and sponsorships that showcase our brand and values.
- Alumni Relations: Maintain connections with retirees and former employees through updates and annual gatherings.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- 4+ years in HR, employee communications, or engagement roles
- Strong business and HR acumen, with a passion for creating a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (charts, pivots, filters).
- Resilience, organization, and a sense of humor in a fast-paced environment.

Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, with exposure to various elements.
Operate office equipment and, if applicable, field machinery.
