Manager of Project Engineering
As the Manager of Project Engineering, you’ll lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for executing capital and operational projects across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is central to driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements through cross-functional collaboration with departments such as R&D, Technical Marketing, Maintenance, and Production. You’ll oversee external contractors, define engineering roles and deliverables, and guide investment planning and execution. You’ll also implement systems like Management of Change and project documentation repositories, while inspiring and developing engineers to support transformation across the organization

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and both process and project engineering.
- Proven success in leading and developing engineering teams.
- Specialized knowledge in data analysis, process management, project execution, and risk management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing KPIs such as budget adherence and project completion.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, with occasional international travel as needed.
