About the opportunity?

As the assembly technician the role will include, but is not limited to, working within multiple excel spreadsheets, email, and SAP operating system. Responsible for assembling slidegate and smaller assemblies in accordance with internal drawings. This role will also include helping shipping and receiving. The preferred candidate should be mechanically minded as well.

Your tasks will include overseeing:

• Use of hand tools: air tools, power tools, socket wrenches, etc.
• Assembling slidegates and smaller assemblies
• Pulling parts for customer orders and checking-in parts for receiving
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate equipment and machinery including forklifts, overhead crane, and electrick pallet jack, and manual pallet jack
• Wearing proper PPE at all times and following all safety rules
