Job Purpose and Summary
The Refractory Market Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality services to customers by leveraging technical expertise in refractory materials, products, and applications. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal performance, innovation, and compliance within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Establish and maintain an efficient work environment, providing necessary tools and processes for optimal service delivery.
•    Utilize in-depth knowledge of refractory products and applications to enhance business operations and support critical project issues.
•    Drive strategic innovation through service portfolio development and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Ensure adherence to internal processes, industry regulations, and public standards.
•    Perform a broad scope of technical tasks, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems.
•    Contribute to project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management through estimation and technical task reviews.
•    Oversee resource management and execution of customer projects on-site.
•    Implement products, services, and solutions at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and optimal performance.

Qualifications:
•    Strong technical expertise in refractory materials and industry applications.
•    High School Diploma or equivalent
•    1-2 years of experience
•    Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of related equipment.
•    Ability to manage projects, resources, and technical tasks effectively.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
