POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the local coordination of all activities related to a CPP Contract, managing the proper resources to optimize the contracts results and efficiency.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
• Support the refractory application and inventory housekeeping to RHI Magnesita products on-site
• Establish good professional relationships with refractory crew and plant management team
• Advise refractory crew during refractory usage, identify and report quality or application issues. Understand steel making process and plant site safety requirements.
• Manage inventory at each customer site, according to annual financial targets for invoicing and receivables to meet SG&A and working capital goals.
• Monthly KPI’s data collection, analysis, and support in follow up actions
• Assist to generate the quarterly CPP Resulting Meeting Report, participate in the results presentation and discussions.
• Assure the execution of inventory Control through physical counts and maintain a web based inventory control system through constant updates
• Coordinate the inbound logistics and demand planning for Magnesita products, through the utilization of the specific tools
• Populate and distribute report covering the latest melt shop performance
• Learn other activities and continues improvement in order to be prepared to possible future promotion
• Working knowledge in SAP, Scope, CRM, CPP tool and QMOS
• Populate consumption file in a weekly basis and ensure it matches with physical inventory
• Use required SAP transactions
• Populate CRM with new sales opportunities
• Populate scope forecast system with most accurate source of consumption forecast
• Populate and update CPP tool with actual goals, consumption and actions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Preferred:
• 3-5 years Supervisory/Managerial Experience
• Ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, online software platforms, with the ability to use spreadsheets and data analysis application
• Self-starter, motivated team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion and analysis
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities. Strong project management and leadership skills, self-motivating skillset that drives results both autonomously and in a team environment

- Some travel to other locations, meetings and/or seminars is required.
