Service Technician

Role Summary

As part of a fast-moving and collaborative team, you’ll drive the logistics and coordination that make our recycling pipeline work—from sample sourcing to processor engagement and cost analysis.

RHI Magnesita is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Technician to support operations in Armorel, Arkansas and surrounding areas. This role involves hands-on industrial work, customer interaction, and technical service responsibilities in a manufacturing and mill environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large, heavy concrete pieces.
• Use hand tools such as hammers for assembly, demolition, or adjustment tasks.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
• Utilize shelving systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving materials.
• Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), material handling, and assisting with production as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support other departments as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

What You Bring

• Industrial experience in manufacturing, mills, or heavy equipment.
• Refractory experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
