Summary of the Role

As a Production Planning & Control Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and controlling of production in our Thermal Chamber Kiln operations. You will play an essential role in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Your leadership will drive a culture of continuous improvement among your team, contributing to the overall success and productivity of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production planning process, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with various departments, including quality assurance, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor production metrics and workflows; identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory levels and manage stock control processes to minimize waste and optimize resource use.
• Implement best practices in production processes and promote a culture of safety and quality awareness within the team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to foster their professional growth and competency development.
• Compile and analyze production data, preparing reports for management that evaluate performance against targets.

Qualifications and Skills
