Lean Management Prof Senior

RHI Magnesita India Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lean Management Prof Senior to join our dedicated team in the Operations Excellence Vizag department. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Sales division. As a senior professional, you will leverage your expertise in Lean methodologies to facilitate transformation across various processes, ensuring we maintain a strong competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Lean strategies and tools across the organization to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing actionable plans.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote Lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the impact of Lean initiatives, providing regular updates to management on progress and outcomes.
• Influence and engage staff at all levels to embrace change, focusing on long-term sustainability and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Lean management, process improvement, or operational excellence roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and techniques, including Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
