About you

In addition, you have:

• Work experience/field: Managing materials, and consumables and guiding the teams, ideally teams are based in different or same locations. Relevant experience in operational, Refractories installation, supervision of performance of aggregate roles when put in services, capturing of operating parameters, on-site troubleshooting .ideally in steel industry/ Refractory manufacturing company having hands-on experience working at customer sites ..
• Experience:  Minimum 5-7 Years of experience will be essential to serving the role and responsibility.
• Educational Background:  Diploma in Ceramics/Metallurgy or equivalent
• IT skills: Should be proficient in MS Offices,
• Language skills: Fluency in English or in local language will be crucial while working with an international team and prestigious customers
• Other skills: Good team orientation, flexible in working hours
• Travel requirements: As and when it is required

About the job

The re-shaped Refractory Services will be a center of knowledge and resources when it comes to delivering best -in-class services to our customers. Increasing our efficiency in site operations will lead to more success for us as RHIM- but also for our customer and their business.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning the optimum level of inventory for managing the execution of the long-term service contract at our customers' sites.
• Working with cross-functional team like Installation managers, supervisors, service technicians, will be an essential task
• Ensuring Health and safety as a priority in all contracts during loading and unloading or handling of the materials
• Driving and Implementing various continuous improvements at the sites in relevant domains will be an additional task
• Performance Tracking of material, KPIs monitoring of all aggregates, and identification of added value to better material planning and inventory management.
• Acting as the counterpart of, service team, will be an essential task to set new targets for the site
• Cooperating closely and exchanging with the On-site service team and sales team in other sites to ensure that best services are shared and implemented  
• Will be responsible for the Improvement of Shop floor management through the technique like  5S , JIT, LIFO, FIFO etc

Your tasks will also include:

• Responsible for managing the materials and spares for the smooth run of Supply cum TRM contracts according to the defined guidelines
• Maintaining all the documentation related to Sp Consumption of refractories, Inventory Level, all relevant KPIs will be a core task
• Representing RHI Magnesita in front of the client, seeking full compliance with the contract, in order to guarantee the safety, quality, customer focus, and controlled execution costs
• Regular coordination with the existing sales forces, service team and local contract coordinators for smooth execution of various contracts in his/her respective sites
• Will be responsible for maintain the daily performance data , Trial reports and  preparing the performances data for different internal and external revises with customers and the internal team
